About VÁRI 

Eleni Kouvaris is a womenswear designer specializing in Sportswear. She graduated with her BFA at the Fashion Institute of Technology, with the honor of having her senior thesis showcased in the Calvin Klein Future of Fashion Show. Her lifelong background in fine arts has influenced her creative process and drive for fashion design. During her Associates degree studies, Eleni had the privilege of working alongside Massimiliano Giornetti, former creative director of Salvatore Ferragamo, for her thesis. While living in Italy she was inspired by the workmanship, shape, and details within all of the garments that surrounded her. All of these components have led to her ultra edgy, geometric, clean-lined, drape design style.

Over time Eleni did not stop at fashion, pursuing other passions. She created pieces to be used as decor in any setting. Whether it be your home, an event, or simply for personal collection, VÁRI takes pride in bringing out the art in function.

VÁRI’s latest addition of desserts is inspired by Eleni’s lifelong hobby and passion to create joy through food.
